Lucky Smartscape was created around a simple idea: outdoor projects work better when the property is understood as one environment instead of a collection of separate trades.

After years of experience around construction and landscape projects in Southern California, founder Lucas Pirani saw how often homeowners were forced to make disconnected decisions about turf, pavers, planting, drainage, irrigation, lighting, and outdoor-living features. When each element is considered independently, the final space can lose clarity, cohesion, and purpose.

Lucky Smartscape takes a more coordinated approach. We begin by understanding the property, the client’s priorities, and how the outdoor space should function and feel. Then we help organize the design, materials, systems, and project decisions around one clear vision.

Our goal is not to sell the most individual products. It is to help create an outdoor environment that feels intentional, performs well for the property, and supports the way the client wants to live.
